The PCC is the decision-making body of the church. It consists of the vicar, churchwardens, nine PCC members and two people who represent us on Deanery Synod. We are a registered charity: as such the PCC are the trustees. Within PCC we have the Parish Safeguarding Officer, Treasurer and PCC Secretary.
PCC meets 7-8 times per year. There are standing items such as safeguarding, health and safety, finance and a Vicar's report, plus other agenda items depending on the matters in hand.

Summary of the meeting of the Parish Church Council (on 19th May)
- We reviewed and approved a batch of regular maintenance and repair tasks to be completed over the rest of 2026, with a total cost in the region of £42k.
- We reviewed our financial position.
- We appointed officers for the coming year:

- Treasurer: Richard Cunningham
- Vice Chair: Roger Moore
- Parish Safeguarding Officer: Sandra Rice
- We also co-opted two members onto PCC: Joy Abel (assisting Safeguarding) and Paul Chu (Pastor for the Hong Kong commnunity)
- Our standing committee is Kevin Lovell, Christine Bartlett, David Howell and Sandra Rice.
- PCC approved the revised Church Hall Conditions of Hire.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM): Saturday 18th April 2025
We held our Annual Meeting on 18th April:
- Our churchwarden Louise Morgan stood down, and no-one stood to be elected as churchwarden for the coming year: these two posts are vacant.
- Susie, Guy and Felicity either stood down from PCC or their 3-year term came to an end; Susie Downer, Felicity Chapman, David Howell were elected.
- Mark Burton stood down as deanery synod representative. Roger Moore continues as a deanery synod rep (we have two vacancies)
- Christine Bartlett continues as PCC secretary
- There was a good Q&A session, at which a number of points were asked of PCC.
