Please pray for:

Those who have asked for our prayers: Cathy Cordery, Shirley Corti, Brian Fairweather, Nick and Alison Gibbon, Anna Headland and Pauline Smith.  Also for Linda Dudley and Marguerite Gearing who have died recently. Please also pray for the clergy of the Diocese, who will be meeting for their Clergy Conference this week.

Notices:

Eco Tip: Bees need water all year round but especially in dry warm periods as we are having now. A small dish or saucer with some pebbles for them to rest in a shady spot outside will really help them. Tapwater is fine but rainwater is best.

Assistant wardens. As we have only one churchwarden this year, we are considering having assistant wardens to support Louise particularly on Sundays when she cannot be in church.  We are open to nominations: please speak to either Louise or Revd Kevin this Sunday.

REinspired Craft Café. Thurs 22nd May 9:30-11am at Gosbrook Road Methodist church, RG4 8EB.  Please drop in and help make the craft items for this term: with tea, coffee and homemade cake!

Sharing the journey: Seeking the kingdom alongside our global partners. A rare opportunity to meet partners from our diocesan link dioceses: Saturday 17th May at Ss Stephen and John, Orts Road, Reading, click here for more details and online booking.

Regular giving to St Barnabas. We are entirely self-funded, if you consider St Barnabas is your home church, please support our mission and ministry. The best way is to give regularly through the Parish Giving Scheme by clicking here. Or see the ‘Giving’ page on our website. Ask Richard Cunningham (our treasurer) or Revd Kevin for further details.
