If you are in years 5—11 you are welcome to join the Youth Fellowship. We aim to meet on the first and third Sundays of the month during term time. Usually during the 9.30 am service, and sometimes on a Sunday afternoon from 4.30pm-6pm, in the Parish Centre meeting room.
We will start meeting again on Sunday 4th September at 9.30am.
Come And Join The Fun
The Group is supported by a number of leaders and helpers including some of our older young people from years 12 and 13. The aim is to have some FUN and get more familiar with the Bible and Christian beliefs. We explore how this applies in our lives with discussions, drama, art and music. We practise a little on Junior Church by taking the occasional session for them and contribute to the Worship.
As well as the meetings we have social events, put on a mini pantomime, and help with the Nativity play.
Many YF members participate in church life in other ways such as serving, helping in the crèche, singing in the choir, playing in the music group, contributing to a service, and working with puppets which is why we meet twice a month rather than every week.
