Junior Church is for children up to the age of 10 years (years 5/6), and meets at 9.30 each Sunday in term time in the Church Hall, except the second Sunday in the month when there is a Family Service in Church.
A story from the Bible provides the focus for the session, accompanied by songs, prayers and craft activity to reinforce the theme of the story. To provide variety to our programme we are fortunate in being able to call upon the Youth Fellowship and the Puppet Ministry to lead Junior Church on a regular basis.
We join the congregation in Church for communion or a blessing, and take part in the rest of the morning service. All the children are invited to take part in our popular Nativity Play at Christmas and enjoy an Annual party in January.
